In appreciation for a diverse ethnic population, I thought it would be exciting to create menus from some of these countries. These food are tasty, as well as nutritious, and will certainly add a little pizzazz to your regular dietary regimen.

The approach to optimum physical and emotional health is one, which includes : E- exercise, N- nutritious food and Q- time ( quality time for family , friends, fun, creativity and relaxation ). When one or several of these facets are missing from our lives, it can become source of stress – and stress is not healthy! So, enjoy your life and enjoy your food.
