Shirataki Noodles – Black (Yam Noodles)
Phase 1 or Phase 2Shirataki Noodles are made from a special Japanese Yam Fiber. Consumed traditionally in most East Asian cultures; Shirataki is high in fiber and low-fat and low-carb. Great for use in hot-pot; as a cold noodle dish; or cut them up to use them in soups instead of high carb pastas. Bouncy texture is fun to eat! Black Shirataki has infused seaweed for more fiber and more flavour. Easy to cook – ready in 2-3 minutes.
Ingredients: Purified water, yam flour, caicium hydroxide, black or green coloring, seaweed powder.
